Abbott Lyon set out to overhaul their eCommerce experience — from visual design to the underlying data structure. With a major retheme underway, they needed independent oversight to help navigate complexity and ensure the project stayed on track.

I helped the team select the right agency partner, and now play a governance role across the programme. That includes:

  • Keeping delivery timelines and outcomes aligned

  • Providing structure and direction using frameworks that have worked across multiple transformations
